We value collaboration with public, private, and non-profit organisations that share our goals.

The first Book Bunker, a library for the patients at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, was created 16 years ago through the efforts and generosity of Scholastic Australia, together with the support from the Variety Club and many other sponsors. Today, Book Bunkers in Sydney and Brisbane, together with the wonderful services of our volunteer librarians, continue to brighten the world for thousands of seriously ill children. This year we look forward to the official opening of our newest Book Bunker at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. It’s our goal to create and support a Book Bunker in every major children’s hospital throughout Australia.
